FAQ

Common Questions

Should I repair my roof or replace it?

Repair usually makes sense when damage is limited to one area and the roof has useful life left. If the shingles are near the end of their expected life, or repairs would cover a large share of the roof, we'll show you the numbers for both options so you can decide.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. The repair estimate visit, including photos and a written quote, costs nothing. A separate full inspection with a detailed report (often needed for home sales or insurance files) is a paid service listed on our pricing page.

Will my insurance cover the repair?

That depends on your policy and the cause of damage. We document storm damage with photos and measurements you can share with your insurer, but we can't promise coverage or negotiate your claim for you.

How long does a typical repair take?

Most minor and moderate repairs are finished in a single visit of two to six hours. Larger storm repairs may take one to three days, weather permitting.

What warranty do you offer?

Our workmanship warranty is stated on every quote: 2 years on minor repairs and 5 years on flashing and larger repairs. Manufacturer material warranties apply separately.
